Cancellation Policy
The following policies apply to cancellations requested by the customer which are non-weather related. In the event of a cancellation request, Irie Yachting will make every effort to reschedule your cruise. If this is not possible then the following applies;
1. Cancellations that are requested more than 72 hours before the charter time will be refunded minus a US$100 service charge.
2. If you cancel within 12 - 48 hrs of your charter time, we will refund 50% of your charter price.
3. For cancellations less than 12 hours notice, or for no shows, the full charter rate will be incurred. In the event weather conditions do not permit a safe journey, we reserve the right to cancel/postpone your charter. If a mutually agreeable alternate charter time cannot be arranged, all monies, minus a US$50 fee, will be refunded.
